Snow Leopards are considered an endangered species with an estimated 3,500 - 7.000 left in the Wild. There are about 600 Snow Leopards kept in captivity, where they have been known to live to 21 years old. They are only about 2 ft high, but they are able to jump up to 50ft, using their metre long tails for balance in the same way we would use our arms.
